You will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name, address and email address etc) in order to receive products from our website. If we do not collect your personal data during checkout we will not be able to process your order and comply with our legal obligations. Such information will be used to Confirm Orders Via E-mail's, Confirmation via E-mail's/telephone calls. Your details will need to be passed onto a third party to supply or deliver the product that you have ordered and we will keep your details afterwards in order to fulfil any contractual obligations such as refunds, guarantees and so on. We do not store or use your data for direct marketing.

This website and its owners take a proactive approach to user privacy and ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the privacy of its users throughout their visiting experience. 4 . Information on Visitors

During the course of any visit to any JMP Stores Ltd website, the pages you see, along with something called a cookie, are downloaded to your computer. Name, address, gender, billing/delivery address, email, telephone number, previous orders. Please note we do not store any debit/credit card details, not even for a short period.   We may collect notes from our conversations with you and details of any complaints or comments you make.

All credit card transactions are handled by a secure server using a minimum of SSL/128-bit encryption. We do not store any debit / credit card information, not even for a short period.
